Delete your account
You can ask Fennoc LLC to delete your Kennoc account and the data it holds about you, at any time. You do not need the app to do it.
How to ask
- By email: write to privacy@fennoc.com from the email address you use to sign in to Kennoc. Put "Delete my account" in the subject.
We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address, your Google account ID and your sign-in records.
- Everything Kennoc's server keeps for your account: your requests and Kennoc's replies, your reminders and lists, your routines, your tasks, plans and notes, what you asked Kennoc to remember, your turn reports and crash reports, your problem reports, your daily home-screen signals, your request counts, and your agreement to the terms.
- Your Google Play purchase records, your plan and your trial history.
- Your connected AI assistants: each connection, its sign-in codes and tokens, and its activity records. Every assistant loses access first, before anything else is deleted.
- Your waiting list entry, if you have one.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled. Cancel it in Google Play before you ask, or it keeps renewing. Google Play keeps its own records of your purchases, under Google's privacy policy.
- Tasks that a connected assistant already read stay with that assistant, under the privacy policy of the company that runs it.
- Server logs can hold your IP address and short pieces of text for up to 30 days. Then they are deleted.
- Server backups can hold your data for up to 15 days, until each backup is replaced.
- Data on your phone stays until you uninstall Kennoc or clear its data in Android settings.
